TEV Study & LIE Report

A Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) study evaluates a project’s technical and financial feasibility — its technological readiness and economic viability — condensed into the criteria a lender uses to select, modify or reject a proposal. A Lender’s Independent Engineer’s (LIE) Report is the technical due-diligence report prepared by an independent engineer, typically appointed by the lending institution, that supports that same decision.
